What We Do

Older people are now more likely to live longer in their own homes, but require support to continue to do so. Age Concern Cheshire provides a diverse range of Care and Support Services to promote the well being of all older people in Cheshire and to make later life a fulfilling experience.

Care Services are focused on the maintenance of good physical and mental health and the promotion of independent living.

Support Services focus on enabling people to make informed decisions on how they wish to live.
