- is a home visiting service for people who fall outside the
criteria for assistance from social services, but who would
benefit from a visit to discuss any information queries they
may have, and to find services to suit individual’s
needs.
Our Home Visitors deal with a wide range of
issues, from helping to find a cleaner to completing claim
forms for Attendance Allowance. Our aim is to help people
to live independently at home.
Shortly after our visit we will telephone to
check whether any further help is required. If there is still
a problem then we will try to put it right either by arranging
another home visit, or by arranging help through our various
partnership organisations.
