Donations and Legacies are vital to
the work of Age Concern Cheshire to enable us to continue
to provide services for older
people. We receive donations from individuals, groups,
offices, companies, with an increasing list of donors
giving under 'Gift Aid'.
We also raise funds from commission
on the sale of insurance
and other trading
products, the Great
Weather Lottery, from sales in our Charity
Shops, as well as organising specific fund-raising
events e.g. auctions, golf competitions, re-cycling,
holidays, day trips and taking part in fundraising
events from running a marathon and parachute jumping
to overseas challenges.
