We provide weekly social gatherings for groups of 10 to 25 older people who are becoming frail (perhaps they use a stick or Zimmer frame) but are physically able to look after themselves at home.

Volunteers play an important role by helping at the Day Centres as general helpers, cooks and car / mini-bus drivers.
